1. Agreement

By accessing or using exclusiveafricasafaris.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Exclusive Africa Safaris operates as a brand within the Inspiration Africa network, based in Arusha, Tanzania. All bookings are processed through the Inspiration Africa platform.

2. Services

We provide a curated marketplace connecting travellers with verified safari tour operators across Africa. We act as an intermediary — your safari is delivered by the tour operator listed on the booking, not directly by Exclusive Africa Safaris. All operators are vetted and verified through the Inspiration Africa network.

3. Booking & Payment

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) per person unless otherwise stated.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your safari departure date.
• Payments are processed securely via PesaPal and DPO payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
• Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received and the tour operator has confirmed availability.
• Prices may vary by season, group size, and accommodation selection. The price shown at time of booking is the price you pay.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
• 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.
• 30–59 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking cost.
• Less than 30 days: No refund. Full payment is non-refundable.
• Gorilla permits (Rwanda/Uganda): Gorilla trekking permits are non-refundable once issued by the government authority, regardless of cancellation timing.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical evacuation, and trip interruption.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all safari bookings. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation (including air ambulance), trip cancellation, and personal liability. We may request proof of insurance before your departure.

6. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements for your destination countries. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. We provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

7. Itinerary Changes

Safari itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, road conditions, or safety considerations. Our guides and operators reserve the right to modify routes and activities in the interest of your safety and experience. Such changes are not grounds for a refund.

8. Liability

Safari activities carry inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge that safari game drives, bush walks, gorilla trekking, and related activities involve exposure to wildlife and natural environments. Exclusive Africa Safaris and its operators exercise all reasonable care but cannot be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the inherent risks of safari travel. Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and branding — is owned by Exclusive Africa Safaris and the Inspiration Africa network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Arusha, Tanzania, or through the courts of Tanzania.
