Fly to Amboseli — Kilimanjaro's Elephants
Morning flight to Amboseli National Park. Africa's most iconic image awaits — vast elephant herds silhouetted against Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak. Check into Tortilis Camp, named for the flat-topped acacia trees that dot the landscape. Afternoon game drive through Amboseli's swamps, where elephants, buffalo, and hippos gather. Kilimanjaro at sunset is unforgettable.

Amboseli — Full Day with Elephants
A full day among Amboseli's 1,500-strong elephant population. Dawn drive when the mountain is clearest — photograph elephants with Kilimanjaro's glaciers behind them. Visit the Amboseli research station where elephants have been studied for 50 years, many known by name. Afternoon drive through the Enkongo Narok swamp system, then a Maasai cultural visit. Cross to Tanzania — Arusha
Morning flight from Amboseli to Arusha, crossing the Kenya-Tanzania border by air. The flight offers aerial views of Kilimanjaro from a perspective few travellers see. Arrive in Arusha and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon to explore Arusha's cultural market or relax. Dinner briefing on the Tanzanian portion of your safari.

Ngorongoro Crater Lodge
Drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and ascend to the crater rim.
